The risk management team is led by Alastair Steel a Chartered Engineer. Understanding and assessing risk provides a knowledge platform from which risk mitigation strategies can be assembled and implemented. This provides the basic framework for minimising cost and programme issues thus aiding successful project delivery. The fundamental principle we seek to provide is a clear risk management structure which can be understood by our clients.
