We have an in-house technical team with multifaceted experience. We also have assembled strategic framework arrangements with specialist consultancies and contractors such that all client's aspirations can be achieved no matter how diverse the brief.
Our delivery team, comprises chartered civil and structural engineers, chartered electrical engineers, chartered marine engineers and chartered project managers.

Iestyn studied Structural Engineering at the University of Bath and Computer Science at the University of Cambridge. He is a Chartered Engineer and was awarded the James Rennie Medal by the Institution of Civil Engineers in 2005.
His experience extends to Residential, Office, Industrial, Health, PFI, Leisure, Education and large scale Infrastructure. Between 1998 and 2004 he established engineering offices in Bath and London. He has also worked in development and construction managing a project portfolio with a gross development value in excess of £100 million.

Having graduated from Loughborough University in Civil Engineering, David worked as a consultant civil engineer with the Babtie Group (now Jacobs) and Grontmij on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects; undertaking civil and structural design; and design and project management.
David joined EC Harris project managing a number of schemes in London, with clients including Veolia Water, and the Environment Agency. David was the project manager for the prestigious Bath Western Riverside development for Crest Nicholson, as well other residential developments in the South West and Wales.
David manages all aspects of Project Delivery including Development Management, Project Management and Construction Management.

Alastair Steel has over 25 years experience as a chartered engineer, project manager and strategic business manager, overseeing projects up to £100 million. In particular, he has experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams including public sector workers and commercial contractors.
With training in Business Management, TQM, Risk Management, Security, Fire fighting, Man-management, Nuclear Plant Theory and Explosive Safety, he has a breath of experience, which allows him to tackle diverse projects and problems. His former jobs are extensive working in a number of different industrial sectors.
Alastair's work is characterised by thorough planning, including excellent overall vision, risk analysis and detailed costing. This is carried through to success by employing clear leadership and management

Matthew studied Architectural Engineering at Cardiff University, became a Chartered Structural Engineer in 1997 and in 1999 became Director of Engineering for GHM Group before joining The Walsh Group in 2004.
Matthew has successfully delivered a broad cross section of Structural Engineering projects ranging in size from £100,000 to £95 million with expertise including hybrid structures, refurbishment projects and sustainable development. He has extensive experience of urban regeneration projects in the residential and education sectors, and significant experience within the retail, commercial, leisure and healthcare sectors.
Matthew has worked with many of the main players in the education and residential sectors including Sir Robert MacAlpine, Barratt Homes, Taylor Wimpey, Willmott Dixon, Bellway Homes and Vinci Construction.

Alan studied Civil Engineering at Oxford Brookes University and then worked in an Oxford consultancy before returning to university to study Aeronautics & Fluid Structure Interaction at Imperial College. He returned to consultancy in 2007 and became a Chartered Structural Engineer in 2010.
Alan has led projects ranging from £80m mixed use developments to small scale residential schemes, and has a wealth of experience in both new build and refurbishment projects. His technical expertise has been key to successfully delivering a wide range of structures from military facilities through high rise residential blocks to the restoration of listed buildings.
Alan has extensive experience of working in the residential and education sectors with national clients such as Barratt Homes, Willmott Dixon, Higgins, Allenbuild, Ardmore, Leadbitter, Bouygues, Galliford Try and Vinci Construction.
